  • Signing up is easy — just visit our Join LIFFE page, choose your plan, and complete checkout online. We'll reach out to schedule your first pickup and deliver your collection bucket.

  • No contracts, ever. Our collection service is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your customer account.

  • Once you sign up you'll receive a confirmation email with your pickup schedule. We'll deliver your LIFFE collection bucket within a few days and your first pickup will be scheduled shortly after.

  • Yes! Every new residential subscriber gets their first month of collection service at no charge. No promo code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

  • We offer flexible pickup scheduling based on your convenience — choose weekly or biweekly pickup for residential service. Business accounts receive daily pickup. Your exact schedule will be confirmed when you sign up.

  • Keep it in your kitchen, garage, or outside — wherever works best for you. The lid seals tight to contain odors. Most customers keep a small countertop container for daily scraps and transfer to the LIFFE bucket every few days.

  • Just contact us and we'll work with you. We understand life happens. You can pause your service by reaching out to us directly.
